i am the chair of the citizen's advisory committee that works with the city administrator office, city administrator on these community benefit agreements and zen dusk was our first company that we worked with and they're actually in their second year of the cba but they were really easy to work with. they were very enthusiastic providing benefits to the neighborhood. they were very forth coming with any information we asked for and definitely a model for the other companies and in our conversations with the other companies we told them talk to zen dusk. they were amazing to work with, and i think for me what is unique about zen dusk is that there is a culture. you can tell there say culture in the company that desires to really integrate and be part of the community and provide benefits to the community, and it's not out of having to sign a cba, but it just really is evident to me it's part of the culture, their company, to want to provide the benefits to the neighborhood they're in, so i personally want to thank sen dusk. i hope any companies that come after them look at them as a mo

outside right now, the rain is ending in the city by the bay. a little bit of fog developing however. but interesting enough, we had some hefty rainfall totals over the past 24 hours. anywhere from 0.30 of an inch of rain to over 1 full inch in san francisco. these are impressive totals. i tallied it up to see the precipitation in comparison to last year. and almost 100% above last year's rainfall total at this time of the year is san francisco, also santa rosa, san jose. last year only 77% of normal. today, 138%! rain has ended. tonight, clouds and areas of fog, into the 40s and 50s. tomorrow we will see some areas of heavy fog. otherwise, the fog lifts, reveals plenty of sunshine. it's time to dry out. high pressure building in with the quick passage of today's front. with the sunshine, numbers are pretty similar to what they were today. 50s at the beaches, 60s peninsula. san francisco spot on for this time of the year, 50s, 60s across the north bay. extended forecast, not a raindrop in sight each and every day, a fuel string of sunshiny days!

[music]. thanks to the stern grove association they renovated the concert meadow. it used to be a rolling grafsy area. put in a new stage and stage building. they put in terraces. we get from 8,000 to 12,000 people. and the meadow next to the concert meadow is full of people even though they can't see the music they hear it. iwalked into the meadow several timeand th don't even care we do have litallyeven going on day and night. the ccert association has kids da dung the week. the performers come out for hundre 20 kds. now, the truckadero truck house gets rented
